Truce Beauty Ltd — Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)

We currently ship across Bangladesh. Delivery charges are as follows:

– Inside Dhaka City: BDT 80
– Suburban Areas near Dhaka: BDT 100
– Outside Dhaka (other districts): BDT 150

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Typically 2–7 business days, depending on the location and courier service availability.
Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

2. International Shipping

At this time, Truce Beauty Ltd does not ship products outside of Bangladesh. We are working on expanding our reach and will notify our customers once international shipping becomes available.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with courier details and tracking information (if applicable). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. If you experience any delays or issues with delivery, please contact our customer service team with your order number for assistance.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Notes

– We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
– Deliveries to P.O. Boxes or military/postal addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
– Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
